Nestled just a two-minute drive from the heart of Bethulie, the Farmers Cottage offered us a serene retreat filled with rustic charm. The friendly owners welcomed us with open arms, setting the tone for our relaxing getaway amid beautiful surroundings, and those magnificent wildlife encounters really kept us on our toes-watch out for those elusive Eland and Kudu! We particularly enjoyed the cozy chalet, complete with a fireplace that kept us warm on cool evenings, and a fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to whip up a few of our favorite dishes to pair with local brews. The peaceful garden and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, while the nearby DH Steyn bridge left us in awe with its picturesque views. I left with a heart full of memories and a renewed appreciation for the quaint charm of this little town!
